What's the problem?

The file you accept supplied is non valid. It must be in JPEG or JPG format

Load the photograph into Microsoft Paint.

On the File menu in that location is a save as option. Select the; JPG picture format, save the image and try to upload the photo again.

Upload error. Image must exist portrait mode, at least 390 pixels wide by 520 pixels high

If you see this error it means that yous have tried to upload an image that is too small. You lot should cheque the image dimensions. One or both dimensions will be besides small. If you have an image editor y'all tin rotate an prototype or change the image size.  Microsoft Paint can also exist used to practise this, the principle is like to that described beneath where the image size is too big. Simply beware, even if it is a good quality image, you can merely increment its size by about 10% before image quality deteriorates.

The Image is too minor

It is possible to upload an image, but after editing  the online editor says the prototype is also small when you lot try to save it.

If you look at the bottom left corner of the edit box it displays a red or green button and the cropped image size. If the button is reddish the epitome is too pocket-size to save. If you are unable to get the outcome you want you lot will have to quit and upload a bigger paradigm. Most paradigm editors can do this or you can use Microsoft Paint. Change an image from landscape to portrait

To rotate the epitome select Paradigm from the options bar, and then Flip/Rotate.

Next select the amount to rotate by, e.g. xc degrees.

The prototype is displayed the right way up - but you might need to scroll to run into the whole picture.

Brand an paradigm smaller (or larger)

Open Microsoft Paint and load your photograph. Our example is over 3 Mbytes in size and so Paint can't display the whole prototype.

Changing image size

From the height bar select the Image card, and then Stretch/Skew.

We have applied a 50% reduction, only this doesn't have the effect of halving the file size. In this example -  the size went down to 231 kbytes. After you make your alter Paint will display the modified image.
