Nuit Blanche was 1 of the flanker perfumes of Black Opium. It was released back in 2016, later on the immediate success of the original. This ane never got the same level of attending, merely I was interested to see what it's all about. How it smells, how long information technology lasts, and if information technology was an underrated gem?

My Total Review

Here'southward how YSL, describes this fragrance: A luminous trail journeys to the end of the dark. The energy of black coffee embraces a vibrant orangish blossom, enlightened by white musk. An electrifying thrill of femininity.

Nuit Blanche opens up on my skin with some of the familiar Blackness Opium Deoxyribonucleic acid, though a fleck sweeter, and quite a bit muted.

I get a good corporeality of coffee hither, simply a vanilla and caramel alloy that comes across every bit milky. However, what really comes across on my peel is sandalwood. It becomes more prominent, later a few minutes, but it really pops on my pare.

I don't call up many other people had the same feel with this one, but Nuit Blanche is all nearly coffee and sandalwood, with the other notes playing chip parts.

So, at first it's more of a spiciness (with vanilla and caramel) on top of those two notes. Then, it's the orange flower (which isn't a strong here as it is in Black Opium Neon). Finally, information technology is the remnants of caramel with sandalwood and java. Not much musk comes through on me.

Each phase is really pretty brusque lived, every bit the performance isn't all that amazing with Nuit Blanche. It's a bit weird because, I tin can recognize these sweeter notes, but they just don't come across as sugary…maybe existence suppressed past the purported rice notation.

Sillage, Longevity, and Versatility

This is the weakest of the Black Opium scents. I can become maybe up to an hr of information technology being a moderate scent and so it's shut to the skin. Seriously, not much projection or heaviness here.

The longevity isn't much better. It's pretty much gone afterwards iv hours, on my pare. It's not a bad journey, but it is a short one, and actually lacks the performance of the others in the serial (which aren't all that elite).

Seasonally, it's an autumn and winter wear, just like the original. Though, information technology wouldn't exist awful in warmer temperatures.

To me, this came across as more of a nightlife odor. Merely, it's also actually weak…soooo what's the point? I suppose you could wear this during the daytime, since it's not in your face. Maybe others volition get better habiliment from Nuit Blanche.

Overall Impressions of Blackness Opium Nuit Blanche

Overall, do I like this scent? I hateful, I similar the smell well plenty. I don't call back it'southward amazing and I like the others from this line meliorate, only it's not a terrible smell.

I actually do like the fairly unique sandalwood and java that comes beyond on my peel. Throw in some caramel and vanilla, it'll make for a good smelling latte.

The performance is rather terrible, however. That may exist a reason why this i never defenseless on and I'm pretty sure has been discontinued. It's no longer available on the YSL website.

Really, I cannot recommend Nuit Blanche, unless y'all admittedly have to have every Black Opium perfume. Or perhaps, if you lot find a dirt cheap canteen to try.
